Service Description

Reiki is a form of universal energy healing that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. It has been known to reduce symptoms of chronic illness, relieve stressors, reduce pain, improve healing and provide a deep relaxation. It can restore your mind, body and spirit. It helps to align your chakras and assist your body’s natural healing abilities. Currently only doing distance sessions due to COVID, but will hope to open up in person sessions soon.
