Service Description

This is your opportunity to sit down with a practitioner and review your complete health story and ask questions. We will spend about 2 hours reviewing your comprehensive holistic assessment of personal and family history addressing physical, environmental, emotional, spiritual, social, occupational, energetic and mental wellness. Includes opportunity for discussion and review of prior labs, tests, procedures and health concerns. Medication and supplement review. Obtain some recommendations and referrals based on individualized assessment. ***After your comprehensive case review, you will have the opportunity to join the exclusive member group for continued support and ability to ask further health questions as they arise.
